We provide beauty services, including nails, lashes, brows, and tattoos, as well as jewelry and accessories. We also offer physical display space and website listing space to independent third-party sellers.

販売価格・サービス料金

Prices & Service Fees

各商品ページおよびサービス予約ページに表示する価格に準じます。価格は特段の記載がない限り税込表示です。

Prices are displayed on the respective product pages and service booking pages. All prices include applicable Japanese consumption tax unless otherwise stated.

商品代金・サービス料金以外の必要費用

Additional Fees

送料、出張費、追加施術料金その他の費用が発生する場合は、各商品ページまたは予約・決済画面に表示いたします。

Additional charges, including shipping fees, travel fees, and optional service fees, will be indicated on the relevant product pages or during the booking or checkout process.

お支払い方法

Payment Methods

クレジットカード決済、その他各予約・購入画面に記載する決済方法。

We accept credit card payments and other payment methods specified during the booking or checkout process.

お支払い時期

Payment Timing

美容サービスについては、予約時に所定のデポジットをお支払いいただき、残額は施術完了時にお支払いいただきます。

商品購入については、各購入画面に表示する支払条件に従います。

For beauty services, a deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable upon completion of the service.

For product purchases, payment is due according to the terms displayed at checkout.

サービス提供時期

Service Fulfillment

ご予約いただいた日時にサービスを提供いたします。

Services will be provided at the scheduled appointment date and time.

商品の引渡時期

Product Delivery

各商品ページに記載する発送予定日または引渡予定日に従います。

Products will be shipped or delivered according to the estimated delivery schedule indicated on each product page.

予約のキャンセル・変更について

Cancellation Policy

サロン予約時にお支払いいただくデポジットは8,000円で、施術料金に充当されます。

A deposit of JPY 8,000 is required when booking a salon appointment. This amount will be applied toward the total service fee.

キャンセル時の返金条件 / Refund Policy

予約日の5日前まで：100%返金
5 or more days before the appointment: 100% refund
予約日の4日前：50%返金
4 days before the appointment: 50% refund
予約日の3日前から当日：返金なし
3 days before the appointment or later: No refund

予約時刻から15分を超えて遅刻された場合、施術をお受けできないことがあり、デポジットは返金されません。

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be unable to receive their scheduled service, and the deposit will not be refunded.

商品の返品・交換について

お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。商品に不良・破損・誤配送があった場合は、法令に従い対応いたします。

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

ヴィンテージ商品の取り扱いについて

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

当社は、第三者事業者が仕入れ・販売するヴィンテージバッグ等について、商品展示スペースおよびウェブサイト上の掲載スペースを提供しています。

当該商品の仕入れ、所有、販売、代金の受領、商品の引渡し、返品・交換および購入後の対応は、各販売事業者が行い、合同会社tiyuは売買契約の当事者ではありません。

We provide physical display space and website listing space for vintage and pre-owned items, including designer handbags, sourced and sold by independent third-party sellers.

All purchasing, ownership, sales transactions, payment collection, delivery, returns, exchanges, and after-sales services are handled by the respective sellers. tiyu G.K. is not a party to these sales agreements.
